You are hereby notified that Sylvia Winters, the Plenary Guardian of the Person and Property of Eve Cronin (the “Ward”) has filed in case number 2015-GA-001845, pending in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Probate/Guardianship Division, the address of which is 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, a Petition for Discharge of Guardian upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward to Vermont, and will apply for discharge on March 21, 2017; and that the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the Probate Court for Chittenden County, Vermont. The name and address of the guardians and their attorney are set forth at the end of this notice. The name of the foreign guardians are as follows:

ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
Any objection to the guardian's petition for discharge or final report shall be in writing; shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based; and shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the Petition for Discharge or the date of the first publication of this Notice; and a notice of hearing on the objection shall be served within 90 days after the objection is filed, or the objection is abandoned.
