Final Judgment was awarded on January 5, 2017 in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-001987-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH A GELONESE; BANK OF AMERICA NA; THE LELY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES INC. AKA LELY VILLAS I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on March 9, 2017 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FAMILY UNIT 28, LELY VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATIONOF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 333, PAGE 290 THROUGH 345, INCLUSIVE AND SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
