Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 2, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000475-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and DELROY WEBB, JOY L. WALTERS-WEBB, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on MARCH 9, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
The East 180 feet of Tract 57, Unit 37, Golden Gate Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 89, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
