NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 1401533CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein bayview loan servicing, llc, a delaware limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and jolana Dlaskova; MILOSLAV COUBAL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA ADAM CORRER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA ARIS PINOT, are Defendants, I, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on the 9 day of MARCH, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, SUNSET SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
