NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2017 and entered in 11-2014-CA-000482 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-15 is the Plaintiff and SEA BREEZE WEST APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, INC.; LUCIMAR VIANA A/K/A LUCIMAR A. VIANA A/K/A LUCIMAR VIANA HARPER; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ IN. HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-S7; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on March 9, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE GLORIA HOUSE, UNIT NO. 8 OF SEA BREEZE WEST APARTMENT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 330, PAGE 379, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
