NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2016 , and entered in 11-2016-CA-001166-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MASTER FUNDING TRUST REO, BY U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and MITCHELL L. NORGART; ERICA ANN NORGART; THE MOORINGS OF NAPLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on March 9, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
