NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2017, in Case No. 16-CA-1838, of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Mariano Alfredo D'Anna, is the Plaintiff and John N. Brugger, as Trustee of the 1060 Cooper Drive Land Trust dated February 21, 2015, Franklin L. Stork, III and Steven Helms, are the Defendants, Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of MARCH, 2017, the following described property set forth in that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2017:
Lot 55, CARIBE WOODS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 66, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
