NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA003549CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VI is Plaintiff and THOMAS, JUDITH A, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAULA O'NEIL, PH.D. shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 4, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
