NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 14, 2016 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 25, 2017 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, wherein JIMMY F. CROSS AND BARBARA J. CROSS AS TRUSTEES OF THE CROSS FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED MARCH 18, 1993 are the Plaintiffs, and CORY A. KITZLER and NICOLE LEE STRIBLING are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell the to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 2, 2017 beginning at 11 a.m the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
