NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 24, 2016 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-000481ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JOHNNY GRANONE; BEVERLY GRANONE; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB F/K/A WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB; SUNCOAST CROSSINGS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; IVY LAKE ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on March 6, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 2, IVY LAKE ESTATES, PARCEL ONE, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 14 THROUGH 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
