Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pasco County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 6, MEADOW POINTE, PARCEL 17, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 28-33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 16, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
