NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2017, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 000636 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST, SERIES 2005-S001 is the Plaintiff and Aldo Botter; The Unknown Spouse Of Aldo Botter; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claiman; Ramblewood Acres Condominium Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 10th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-26-E3, FIRST AMENDMENT TO RAMBLEWOOD ACRES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1044, PAGE 1842, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 16, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
