NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 222, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-CA-09771 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust is the Plaintiff and David E Wyatt, Jr.; Heide Marlena Illgen; IndyMac Federal Savings Bank, FSB are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 28th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
