GAGNER A/K/A CANDACE L. GAGNER ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CANDANCE L. GAGNER A/K/A CANDACE L. GAGNER NKA TOMMY HARTLEY; DAVID J. GAGNER; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N. A.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
