NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 8, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-005775 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES 1 TRUST 2005-AC6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC6 is Plaintiff and MONDRAGON, ANGELICA AND GARCIA, FAYE, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, Pat Frank shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 13, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
