ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-HE1 is Plaintiff and RICHARD A. KING; NANCY M. KING; FEDERATION OF KINGS POINT ASSOCIATION, INC F/K/A FEDERATION OF KINGS POINT CONDOMINIUMS, INC.; CAMBRIDGE L CONDOMINUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, 10:00 a.m., on March 9, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 22, OF CAMBRIDGE ā€œLā€ REVISED CONDOMINIUM , A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3193, PAGE 1, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 13, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
