NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 9, 2017 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050303, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2007-HSBC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HSBC1 is the Plaintiff, and WESLEY L ROBERTSON; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A CARLOS D. ESCALANTE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A TIMOTHY J. JAMES; UNKNOWN TENANT 5; UNKNOWN TENANT 6; UNKNOWN TENANT 9; UNKNOWN TENANT 10 are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on June 9, 2017 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 400 FEET OF LOT 60, BLOCK 1, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TAMIAMI CITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 6, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT 10 FEET IN WIDTH OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE NORTH 181.09 FEET OF THE WEST 400 FEET OF SAID LOT 60, FOR THE PURPOSE OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO THE CONVEYED PREMISES.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
