NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002693 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Suemma B. Yaney, Trustee of The Harry L & Suemma B Yaney Revocable Living Trust; Suemma B. Yaney, as Trustee of Harry L. and Suemma B. Yaney Revocable Living Trust, Dated May 30, 2007; Suemma B. Yaney; The Unknown Beneficiaries of The Harry L & Suemma B. Yaney Revocable Living Trust, Dated May 30, 2007; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest in spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 13 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
