NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-003007 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and CINDY WILSON a/k/a CINDY L. WILSON, A/K/A CINDY LOPEZ; THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC.,CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 -B; COMPASS POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants, the Office of Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M on the 10 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
