U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and YULIYA PARKER; KEITH PARKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEITH PARKER; THE VILLAGES AT COUNTRY CREEK I HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A THE VILLAGES AT COUNTRY CREEK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE VILLAGES AT COUNTRY CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit
LOT 3, BLOCK J, THE VILLAGES AT COUNTRY CREEK, UNIT 2, REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 53 THROUGH 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
