Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as:
Unit No. 92, LEISURE LAKE VILLAGE a CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 93, page 25 and the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 6347, Page 292, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1313 Live Oak Parkway, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on March 3, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
