NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 14-005832-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST SERIES 2015-1, is Substituted Plaintiff and TRENTON REICHARDT, et al. are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on March 21, 2017 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Property Address: 1772 Biarritz Circle, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689
Lot 13, Block 1, TARPON TRACE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 112, Pages 50 to 52 of the Public Records of PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
