NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2015 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale datedFebruary 6, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-009381-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, Plaintiff, and ANN FREDERICK; AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of April, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 106, THE HAMMOCKS UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNT, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
