NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 1, 2017 and entered in Case No. 16-002966-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and EDGAR SMITH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
