NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Order dated February 1, 2017, entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 16-004609-CI, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, DBA CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R, is Plaintiff, and DEWON C. BRAZELTON, SAXONY PLACE AT CARILLON TOWNHOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. and Any Unknown Tenants in Possession, Defendants, and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
LOT(S) 17, BLOCK 1, SAXONY PLACE AT CARILLON REPLAT, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGE(S) 13 THROUGH 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 641 Saxony Boulevard Saint Petersburg, FL 33716
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 am on the 24th day of March, 2017, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
