NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2017, and entered in 52-2016-CI-005964 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER J. ROBERTS; LIANE N. BYERS A/K/A L. N. BYERS; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND A/K/A THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 09, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
