Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 16-6438-CI-015, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 603, HARBOUR LIGHT TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4171, PAGE 997, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on March 9, 2017. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
