NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 5, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-006755-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-7 is Plaintiff and THOMAS E JIMENEZ, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30TH day of March, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 1, STEPHENSON MANOR UNIT 2 - 5TH ADDITION TRACT “A” REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 64 AND 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
