NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered February 14, 2017, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 409, The Dartmouth Bldg. of FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 302, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4058, Page 1419, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Page 94, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of March, 2017.
