Final Judgment was awarded on November 4, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-001908-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-AC2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC2 is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF VICTOR SHEAR A/K/A VICTOR E. SHEAR A/K/A VICTOR ELLIOT SHEAR, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTOR SHEAR A/K/A VICTOR E. SHEAR A/K/A VICTOR ELLIOT SHEAR, DECEASED; BETTY SILVERBERG; JAMIE POTASH; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF VICTOR SHEAR A/K/A VICTOR E. SHEAR A/K/A VICTOR ELLIOT SHEAR, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A HOLLY COMBS; REGIONS BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, SHARON PERRY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
