NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2017, entered in Case No. 12-004389-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for RBSGC Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-A, Mortgage Loan Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2005-A is the Plaintiff and William Robert Gaugh; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the hererin named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc.,; Regions Financial Corporation Successor by Merger to Amsouth Bancorporation; Erin Talley as Trustee and not personally under the provisions of a trust agreement dated the 30th of December 2004, known as trust number 233-235 38th Ave SE; Unknown Spouse of William Robert Gauch; Tenant are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 17, LEWIS ISLAND, SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 54 & 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
