NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of December, 2016, and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-007420-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DANIEL OVIEDO; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF EAGLE CREEK, INC.; MASTER 1 INVESTMENTS, INC. A/K/A MASTER 1 INVESTMENTS; PILAR OVIEDO; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A LEANA JONES; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of May, 2017 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, EAGLE CREEK PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 60 TO 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
