NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16001436CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Una Clarke Armstrong a/k/a Una Clark Armstrong a/k/a Una V. Armstrong, deceased; Delroy Forbes, as an Heir of the Estate of Una Clarke Armstrong a/k/a Una Clark Armstrong a/k/a Una V. Armstrong, deceased; Michael Brown, as an Heir of the Estate of Una Clarke Armstrong a/k/a Una Clark Armstrong a/k/a Una V. Armstrong, deceased; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Judith Brown; and Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 3RD day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
