NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2017, and entered in Case No. 41 2015CA005958AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARY JANE HUFF, DECEASED; SUSAN M. STILTS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE III, OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 517-B, BUILDING “O”, PHASE III, BAYSHORE-ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1064, PAGES 1505 THROUGH 1531, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 62-63, AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1064, PAGE 2802 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
