NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3 February, 2017, and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-000613 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for First State Bank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Thomas A. Spousta a/k/a Tom Spousta, Unknown Spouse of Thomas A. Spousta a/k/a Tom Spousta, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14th of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
