NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-003569-XXXX-AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BROUGHAM FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and Leonardo Soccolich, Mila Papic-Soccolich, Greenbrook Village Association, Inc., and Unknown Tennat #1 n/k/a M. Sumner a/k/a Mary Sumner are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
