NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 02, 2017, and entered in 2015CA-004444-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON , F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and JESSE L. SMART A/K/A JESSIE L. SMART A/K/A JESSE L. SMART, JR.; KATHY SMART A/K/A KATHY V. SMART A/K/A KATHY VENETA SMART A/K/A KATHY V. SMARTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIDELITY MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF DELTA FUNDING CORPORATION; CLERK OF THE COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HSBC BANK USA, N.A. AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-1 are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
