WASHINGTON, DECEASED; GLORIA C. WASHINGTON; LEROY WASHINGTON AKA LEROY R. WASHINGTON AKA LEROY R. WASHINGTON II; DAPHNE WASHINGTON-FUDGE AKA DAPHNE WASHINGTON REDDICK; CHERYL LYNN FORD AKA CHERYL LYNN WASHINGTON are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
