NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-679-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein COPPER COVE PRESERVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and FARID UDDIN ULLAH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FARID UDDIN ULLAH; GULF GATE PLAZA, LLC; RANDALL BENDERSON, TRUSTEE OF THE RONALD BENDERSON 1995 TRUST; DAVID H. BALDAUF, TRUSTEE OF THE RONALD BENDERSON 1995 TRUST; RONALD BENDERSON, TRUSTEE OF THE BENDERSON 85-1 TRUST; RANDALL BENDERSON, TRUSTEE OF THE BENDERSON 85-1 TRUST; DAVID H. BALDAUF, TRUSTEE OF THE BENDERSON 85-1 TRUST and UNKNOWN TENANT ONE N/K/A YASHIRA ULLAH are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 AM, on the 16 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 177, of Copper Cove Preserve Unit Three, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 90, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A/K/A: 3633 Treasure Cove Ct, Lot 177, Naples
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
