You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of Betsy A. Sellers, a/k/a Anne Clarke Sellers, deceased, File Number 17-CP-270, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112; that the decedent's date of death was December 22, 2016; that the only assets of the estate are: (i) tangible personal property with an estimated value of $40,000.00; (ii) contents of safe deposit box number V-1591, located at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 2470 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Naples, Florida 34109, with no value; and (iii) a 2005 Toyota Camry XLE with an estimated value of $7,500.00; and that the name and address of the person to whom it has been assigned by such order are:

All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
