YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a foreclosure action has been filed against you, by Plaintiff, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE RELATING TO CHEVY CHASE FUNDING LLC MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-2 (“Plaintiff'), seeking to foreclose a mortgage with respect to the real property more particularly described as:
UNIT NO. 604 OF GRANDE EXCELSIOR AT THE GRANDE PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, (THE “CONDOMINIUM”) ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (THE “DECLARATION”) RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3665, PAGES 3838 THROUGH 3945, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING: (1) EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACES PL-13 AND GL-24; (2) THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO UNIT NO. 604; AND (3) THE UNIVIDIED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, DECLARED IN THE DECLARATION TO BE APPURTENANT THERETO.

Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to J.
