NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001051-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3, Plaintiff, and, GARRETT, JOHNNIE R, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 16 day of March, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 126, ORANGE BLOSSOM RANCH PHASE 1A ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 58 THROUGH 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
