NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2017, and entered in the above styled case, wherein WEDGEWOOD CONDOMINIUMS, is the Plaintiff and KEVIN OLIVER KNOWN HEIR OF DOLORES B. OLIVER, et al, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on March 15, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. in an on-line sale at Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
UNIT C, BUILDING 45 OF WEDGEWOOD CONDOMINIUMS OF BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 8-A, PHASE 5, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 776, PAGE(S) 1674, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
