NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage and Deed entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA002325CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CWMBS, INC. CWMBS REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R2 is Plaintiff and GRISELDA BITTINGER and LESLIE BITTINGER, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAULA O'NEIL, PH.D. shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 15, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage and Deed, to-wit:
LOT 132, CYPRESS BAYOU, UNRECORDED, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT POINT 238.26 FEET SOUTH, AND 1184.24 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 03 MINUTES, 40 SECONDS EAST 40 FEET TO P.O.B., THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 03 MINUTES, EAST 125 FEET, THENCE NORTH 1 DEGREES 57 MINUTES EAST 100 FEET TO WATERS EDGE THENCE WEST ALONG THE MEANDERS OF SAID WATERS TO A POINT WHICH IS NORTH 1 DEGREE, 57 MINUTES EAST 100 FEET FROM P.O.B. THENCE SOUTH 1 DEGREE 57 MINUTES WEST 100 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO LESLIE P. BITTINGER, SINGLE BYDEED FROM BRETT E. WILLIAMS AND CYNTHIA G. WILLIAMS, HIS WIFE RECORDED 03/09/1995 IN DEED BOOK 3401 PAGE 1497, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
