NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default dated February 2, 2017, entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-000724-CAAXWS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FirstBank Puerto Rico d/b/a FirstBank Florida is the Plaintiff, and Gerald Nolasco, Iris L. Nolasco, SunTrust Bank, Trinity Communities Master Association, Inc., Champions' Club Owners Association, and Pasco County are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pasco County Clerk's website for on-line auctions via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on March 13, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property situated in Pasco County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 659, Floresta at the Champions' Club, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 45, Page 106, in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
