Lot No. 454, TOWN OF CRYSTAL SPRINGS, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 4 and 5, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH that certain 2004 MERT doublewide mobile home with ID FLHML2F163727338A and FLHML2F163727338B, which is permanently affixed to the real property.
in an electronic sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on March 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
