NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on February 15, 2017, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash the following described property set forth in the Plaintiff's Motion for Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 9, Block 1, Maryland Manor Addition to Dade City, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 40, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; less road right-of-way.
Property Address: 14629 20th Street, Dade City, Florida 33523
Said sale will be held on April 19, 2017, at 11:00 A.M. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions.
