NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 004044 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE- BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and LAWRENCE R. WIGGINS, ET AL, are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 14th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 1727, 36th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 3 and 3A through 3M inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
