NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 5, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 005437 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MASON, TIMOTHY, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, Karen E. Rushing shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on April 5, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
