NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-002596 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Christopher Witcraft a/k/a Christopher R. Witcraft a/k/a Christopher Robert Witcraft, deceased, Camilla Jaekel, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Victoria E. Epps a/k/a Victoria Elizabeth Epps, deceased, City of Sarasota, DNM & Associates, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation, Delores M. Witcraft, Kayla Lynn Witcraft, as an Heir of the Estate of Christopher Witcraft a/k/a Christopher R. Witcraft a/k/a Christopher Robert Witcraft, deceased, Kayla Lynn Witcraft, as the Known Beneficiary of the Christopher Robert Witcraft Testamentary Trust created by and through the Last Will and Testament of Christopher Robert Witcraft dated March 8, 2000, MLK Properties, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation, Mark. A. Chmielewski, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Victoria E.
